Amie S. Forsberg is an attorney specializing in estate planning and administration.  Amie joined Jorgenson, Siegel, McClure & Flegel, LLP, in March of 2024.  Before joining the firm, Amie practiced as a patent and intellectual property attorney in Palo Alto and in Portland, Oregon.  Her prior practice focused on inventions in the fields of medical devices and software.

Amie received her law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2013 and her Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from University of California, San Diego, in 2009.

Amie is a member of the State Bars of California and Oregon and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
